Equipped with state-of-the-art technology like High-Definition Endoscopes with BLI technology, we prioritize early detection of GI tract cancers.Recently, we've expanded our services to include 3rd Space Endoscopy and were the first to introduce the POEM procedure for Achalasia Cardia.
Clinical Services Offered
Diagnostic Endoscopy
Gastroscopy
Gastroscopy is a minimally invasive procedure that allows us to examine the upper digestive tract, including the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum. It helps diagnose conditions like ulcers, acid reflux, and gastrointestinal bleeding. With this procedure, we can detect issues early and offer targeted treatment.
Colonoscopy
Colonoscopy is a critical diagnostic procedure used to examine the colon and rectum for polyps, inflammation, or signs of cancer. It helps in screening for colorectal cancer, detecting abnormalities, and addressing conditions such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis. Early detection through colonoscopy can prevent serious gastrointestinal conditions.
Therapeutic endoscopy
ERCP
ERCP is a specialized procedure used to diagnose and treat conditions affecting the bile ducts, pancreas, and gallbladder. It combines endoscopy and X-rays to detect blockages, remove bile duct stones, or place stents. This technique is essential for managing complex biliary and pancreatic disorders.
Dilatation
Dilatation is a procedure used to widen narrowed areas in the esophagus, stomach, or intestines due to conditions like strictures or scar tissue. It helps alleviate symptoms like difficulty swallowing and improves digestive function. This minimally invasive approach provides long-lasting relief from obstructions.
Banding (EVL – Endoscopic Variceal Ligation)
Banding is a procedure used to treat varices, or swollen veins in the esophagus, caused by conditions like cirrhosis. It involves placing rubber bands around the varices to reduce the risk of bleeding. This safe and effective treatment is crucial for preventing complications from variceal bleeding.
Polypectomy
Polypectomy is the removal of polyps found during a colonoscopy or gastroscopy. These polyps, though often benign, can develop into cancer if left untreated. This procedure helps prevent the progression of polyps into more serious conditions, ensuring long-term gastrointestinal health.
Manometry
Manometry is a diagnostic test that measures the function and movement of muscles in the esophagus or intestines. It is commonly used to diagnose conditions like achalasia, esophageal spasms, or gastrointestinal motility disorders. Accurate assessment with manometry leads to more effective treatment plans.
EUS
Diagnostic EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound)
Diagnostic EUS combines endoscopy with ultrasound to provide detailed images of the digestive tract and surrounding tissues. It is used to evaluate conditions such as tumors, cysts, or bile duct disorders. This advanced imaging technique enables precise diagnosis and more informed treatment decisions.
Therapeutic EUS
Therapeutic EUS is an advanced procedure that not only diagnoses but also treats various gastrointestinal and pancreatic conditions. It allows for minimally invasive interventions like drainage of cysts, biopsies, or stent placement. This method offers a more targeted approach, reducing the need for traditional surgery.
